* Items for Trellon to do
Community document from Trellon -- what to do about it? (Team to review and then discuss.) Forum -- what to do? Comments -- theme in a different way? Any other changes. Follow up call Friday at 4:00.

Are breadcrumbs working right now? Need to check for correctness.

Checkout process -- Georgette doesn't see changes.

Who checks which work orders: Georgette to verify stuff in "Ubercart changes to go live" and report to Walt. Ed to do breadcrumbs and striping. (No summary data in parks summary field.) Register page -- Trellon still waiting for jpgs from Doug. Performance- Walt using Firefox on our site-- has improved by factor of two with changes made.

* Other launch issues and things needed.

Discussion with Doug about where 10% goes on register pages. FPO (animated area holding place)

Walt sent Doug wrong urls -- new ones to come.
Member benefits "skyscraper" image -- from Doug. Needs a url. Has to be hardcoded into Flash files. Set up new Flash files for nynjtc.org.

Doug needs to contact Eric Werner (old colleague -- lives in Tarrytown - Alex Chambers may be interestedin helping us)

Check Yahoo version of AdWords/AdSense. What can we do and not jeopardize the Google grant?

Ed -- asking Doug for rate sheet. Retail partners need it.

Walt re Region maps from Jeremy. Doug has work to do.

Discussion re allowing registered users to add pages to the site -- Ed wants to control who adds to site until we have a carefully considered approach to adding content to the site. Need guidelines first.

Need better guidance on permissions too. what is the current hierarchy? They are under Administer-user management-access control. Who can upgrade people into other categories? Editor class users can. Is there something between Editor and Staff and Authenticated User? Also have roles: Active Volunteer, Hike Submitters.

Ann to break user guide in two parts.

Problems: Google maps not showing in hikes. Hikes database needs field for URL link to map.

Can we add March-April Trailwalker to the site? Yes, Walt to add pdf. Do as link or as attachment.  Walt prefers link method. Walt to write instructions on how to do.

On Register page ... delete 10% off. For password, no promo. Create user account. 10% off at top. Modify call to action to Sign up below. Add 25% off to the right.
