The Sawyers Committee creates and oversees the implementation of policies and procedures related to all saw operations with the Trail Conference, manages the sawyer program, and creates annual plans to ensure training and safety needs are met for sawyers and swampers, including crosscut and handsaw policies and procedures issues for maintainers.
